Who we are and how we work

We are a team of German and international lawyers. We file claims in German courts against German car manufacturers. Dieselcar owners retain us to file and represent their claims with the aim to receive compensation payment and return their cars, or to settle the case and receive payment but keep the car.

We currently offer three possible packages to claim your Dieselgate compensation, if necessary in court: 

1. No win – no fee: we arrange full cover for legal and court fees and litigation risk; you pay 20-40% from the compensation payment awarded.

2. Insurance cover: if your insurance agrees to cover your legal fees, you are able to claim the full compensation payment without any deduction.

3. You cover fees yourself / we provide a fixed fee offer; nice: if you win, all costs are reimbursed by the car manufacturer. This option is especially advantageous in case compensation is claimed for a number of vehicles.
